I have 79 that I just purchased.  When I apply the brakes the car pulls sharply to the right.  The car has new brakes calibers and rotors.  besides pulling to the right, the steering is sloppy and the car seems to go where ever it wants.  Then turning the steering wheel back and forth at a stop there is no play in the steering itself. Could it be ball joints, stabilizer, idler arm, wheel bearings shocks or all the above?

quite literally ALL OF THE ABOVE..

you really need to test drive it...  out on a quiet street where no body is going to rear end you .. and no body is there for you to crash into...

do some stops from various speeds....    use the seat of your pants... use your fingertips on the steering wheel... feel the response from the brake pedal....

this is what professional mechanics do when they test drive your car prior to tearing it apart for a visual inspection...
