I love my Chevy Chevette!

I'm looking at this 1980 Z-28 Camaro. The engine code that tells the engine is 10066036, which seems to come back as a 350 crate engine. The seller is telling me, though, that the engine was made in 2008 or 2009. I'm trying to decide if he is telling me the truth using this engine code: M11109VP. Does anyone know how to decipher the year off this code? All I can find is that the digit 9 is a year ending in 9. Is there any way to tell if it was made in 2009?

M is GM of mexico casting..
1110 is november 10th..
9.. could be the year of the decade.. it does show that kind of ID for over the counter service replacement engines
the block casting number you posted seems to have been used from 76 thru 88 model years..
there should be a julian date on the block... (\)B149(\) would be feb 14 1979..
