Confused Does anybody make a drop spindle for a 2004 monte carlo?

No,but there are lowering kits containing shorter struts or just lowering springs.Without getting into suspension geometry ,FF vehicles don't use "spindles"
per say on the front axles.In the rear,yes,but rear axles on most FF cars are or the "trailing" type and nothing like conventional spindles like you may be thinking.  
The older I get,the faster I was.

How low can you go without compromising the geometry? Is air an option? I want to decrease the fender wheel gap without feeling like I am shattering my teeth while rolling over sand..... Laugh

You can go with the spring or strut options,to lower your vehicle.You can drop it this way without worrying about geometries.They'll be figured in for you.Realignment will be needed at whatever height you decide on.

Air ride requires for the most part cutting and welding. Springs and struts are bolt on parts.  
The older I get,the faster I was.
