you said without the nos.  i say noway.  what is your cam?  said hydrolic but is it roller or flat tappet.  none of htis other stuff has anything to do with the power your motor is putting out.  all the tires and all the valve covers anyway are your roller rockers 1.5, or 1.75?  what ratio?

I don't really see anything in you list that says 700 hp to me without the 250 shot of nos.  i could believe 500hp without the nos.  but 700 is just something i don't see.  but i am not a human dyno so pretty much i am just guessing you know.

I fully agree with you. I myself thought 550ish maybe 600 I just had a list of the stuff I had for insurance so I just copy and pasted the whole thing. The rockers are 1.5. Cam is hydraulic roller.

with that cam being a roller you would be surprised at how much extra that thing would add to a motor as opposed to a flat tappet.  i don't know about 700 hors power but that roller cam makes it a little easier to swallow.  i still don't think so but yeah like you said maybe 600.  which still isn't all that slow.LOL

I think maybe if it was a 496 the numbers would be around 700 but yeah I am going to say 625ish. It's not slow its got more than enough for the street but still pretty reliable so far and no heating issues

I haven't acutally had a show down as of yet. I just got the nova finished a few weeks ago and it's been raining alot. I don't have any radio, no heat, no ac, and I don't even have windshield wippers, or a upholstered interior. There is nothing luxury about it but it sure is alot of fun so far!
