Rich is safe...without a more precise method of fuel delivery there isn't much you can do. I wouldn't worry about it, though, you will make much more power by dialing in the timing and optimizing the nitrous jet (spraying as much nitrous as you can without hurting something).

Everyone tells me I should let you know about my journey into the 11's on a budget. I started off with a V-6 coupe for $300.  Did all work my self and long story short I got an 11.9 last fall. I race the car all day, then go home take the t-tops and go for a drive with my wife and kids. Here is the link with a little bit about my story.

Nice build. I'd definitely agree that if you loosen up the converter your E.T.'s will only get better. On motor, I've never gone faster than 1.63 or 1.64 60-foot (that I can remember), but I also never had 3.73s. Congrats!

I already had the converter reconfigured to 3600.  He said it will be like night and day, can't wait till April.

I haven't checked this thread in a long time.  There was definitely a fuel issue as the a/f would go below 10:1 up top if i jetted it to run safe down low.  On motor the fuel pressure was mint, but on spray, as soon as the fuel solenoid opened, the pressure would drop into the 30's.  I added a Racetronix Hotwire kit, but never got the chance to test it to see if it fixed the problem.

Really digging the new LT1 project!  You guys are making great progress with it and I can't wait to see where you go with it.  Keep up the good work!
