Hello. This is my first discussion. I recently purchased my first corvette. After many years of admiration, my wife said yes and now we have a 1998 torch red corvette with only 36K miles. Love the car. Now I am experiencing technical  problems wth the headlights. When I turn the swtch on, nothing happens. The lights do not pop up or even come on, but the dash lights work fine. In addition, the remote is charged, but not locking the doors. A fellow vette owner thought both problems were related to a central headlight moodule. Any thoughts?

there are a BUNCH of reasons for the headlights not to work...
i took at look at the wiring diagrams that autozone offers online... they don't have the 98 wiring diagrams up yet..  the 97 diagrams are there.. you will need to print between 4 and 10 pages of wiring diagrams to get enough info to really figure out the problem so you know where to test...

this is the replacement head light switch along with a bunch of other switches..
i am not saying this is bad.. its just to show you ....

the headlights circuit is separate from the tail lights circuit in the switch..

you could just have a bad fuse...   do you still have the owners manual??? if not i think i know where i can find a digital version online..  that will show you where the individual fuses are..
