So, its more like 90% done than totally finished, but you get the picture.....

Thats really a nice ride...Its really great to redo a Muscle car. If it took 9 years it was well worth it....
True story I had a friend that was redoing a 53 Chevy 2 door. He finished it in (NOW SIT DOWN) 20 YEARS TO THE MONTH. He lost 3 friends over it. The part that hurts was he had all the parts 3 times over. We made 4 trips to get all the parts. No Chit! the car was 90% done. It needed an interior, and paint and some body work. I wrote the story a year ago about it in CHP.

You can enjoy your ride. Its really a nice color too. Good Luck with it as long as you keep it. Grin  Cool

whats a muscle car without fuzzy dice?  I didn't lose friends, but since then there has been 3 deployments overseas, 5 moves, 1 marriage, 1 son, 3 daily drivers.  Bought it when I was 19, now 28 and driving it around New Orleans area.

Like I said my friend was in a hurry to get everything done. I actually built the drivetrain, and then went throught it a second time. because he wanted to finish it.
He ticked off alot of his friends, because of what he did.
  Enjoy your's its nice.

Man!  Cool  That car looks good! I bet it still looks dang near that good in another nine.

A friend of mine is finishing up a rotisserie job on his high school car, a '68 Camaro. He actually put a '65 nova wagon's dash in it, of all things to modify. It also had fiberglass fender flares all around (plus 80s graphics) and boy them things are something EVERYbody wants to forget!

nothing good came out of the 80's (minus the Buick Grand Nationals), those fender flares probably came from the minds that brought you "new coke" and mullets.  Once I get the last bit of chrome trim on it (wheel well trim and rocker panel trim), I will post more

just put the rocker molding trim on, and front wheel well trim, have to do the back wheel wells and try to fit a new front spoiler on (nothing ever lines up).  Going to have to tackle those damn kick panels eventually, keep putting them off.  Luckily, the heater core sprung a leak, so I have an excuse to move it out of the way.
