found it. the new for 2013 all aluminum 509 motor packs just north of 600 ponies and about the same ft/lbs all for the low price of 21,500.00 (ouch!!)

that's a bad a-- motor but, I wonder how many they will sell at that price. when you can get a pretty cool motor for a fraction of that cost!

When I was running the Pro Mod shafiroff had a bad reputation among the racers. He was reputed to take money and not deliver among other problems. I never had any experience with him.

It's A W-Motor, It's All You Could Want. If your Like Me and Stuck In the 60's. PS that Bore and Stroke is More like 425ci isn't it. But who's Countin' This kind of engine is a life Style More than Any other Chevy Motor. doesn't have "the Leigon Of Followers" the Small and Big Block Has, But the Faithful Stand Ready.
