SINCE MY ENGINE HAS A PRESS FIT "BALANCER", AND I AM BUILDING IT TO MORE THAN DOUBLE,(HOPEFULLY), THE STOCK HP, SHOULD I HAVE THE CRANK DRILLED AND TAPPED FOR A BOLT AND RUN AN AFTERMARKET FLUID DAMPENER?

Yes, have the crank snout drilled and tapped for 7/16 NF

+1 it is best to have the crank snout drilled so you can use a bolt.
