End of cam has #'s PC216,, other numbers on side are CWC,D2,D5,EP1?????? Any help would b much appreciated!

It was in a sbc 010 4bolt main block with doublehump 2.02 heads and 1.52 comp cam roller rockers.

if you have removed the cam... and mixed up the lifters or plan on using it in another block forget it..

casting numbers in the sides of the cam denote the cam blank info...

stamped in numbers denote the cam grind..  

only way to really know for sure.. . is to mount it on indicator blocks.. and a degree wheel and measure it..

you can send it to some cam grinders.. who have CMM machines to figure out exactly what the lift, duration. overlap.. ramp profiles are..

yes, thats where the numbers are except the PC216, taking it to motor shop 2mro to have them give me an answer hopefully, thanks for the reply!
