Hello:
Ceramic Coating is far better and unfortunately your only option at the moment. Although there are a handful of higher temp powder coatings available, none are a good choice for automotive header applications. Additionally, they don't offer the the thermal properties of Ceramic Coating. We offer Ceramic Coating in about 8 different colors which you can see below.
Thanks

i vote for the powder coating. aside from being cheaper, its less likely to chip. i know there is a big push with that stuff that will now coat anything. wood included. check it out, its way cheaper than the ceramic and makes whatever chevyyou're putting it on look way better when its done

If it's a show car then go ceramic.
If a daily driver powder coat.

wouldnt the powder coating just melt off? im a welder and have seen first hand that it will melt off around welded areas. just not sure on temp differences between welding and headers. i think the ceramic coating is a better idea or buy some stainless headers. jmo.
