Does anyone out there remember a 1968 Camaro that Luby Chevrolet in Baltimore drag raced? I owned the car for a short time and would like to have some history and pictures from back in the day.
Yes I do. My dad was Parts Manager at Luby Chevrolet at the time and I remember seeing the car delivered to the dealership and the build process to make it the "Boss Lady". I also remember the sound of it when they would start it at the dealership. The car was named after Sam Luby's daughter, whose name escapes me at this moment. My dad also raced the "Boss Lady" periodically. I have a color photo of the car on my dad's business card and a black and white photo of the car at a car show. Somewhere I also have some Drag Times with photos of the car, and my dad driving it from the late 60's early 70's.I would like to locate the car so if you know where it is or have the VIN number I would greatly appreciate having that information.
blue99vetteHaven't heard from you. Hopefully you received my post
