got a 94 camaro with the 3.4l v6. i plan on doing a port and polish (on the intake and heads), new headers, bigger injectors, hp fuel pump, and better spark plugs and coils. and then i want to put in a T3 turbocharger with an intercooler.
my question is with the map sensor. i know i will need to find a vac pump to oporate all of the accesorys since i will no longer have vac. but does anybody think i would need to swap the map sensor to a mas sensor? im thinking that i would need to but im not sure how to go about it. and what mas to use. and if i need to find a interceptor to decifer the voltage so the pcm still adjusts the fuel trim correctly.
ideas??????

lets start this over. i have been doing alot of research and turns out there are people taking the heads intake and pistons from a fwd 3400 i think from a 1999+ Grand Am GT and swapping them to a 3.4L 60 degree v6 with a new cam and bigger injectors they are getting close to 200hp. from what i see. BUT... they are very high compression i guess close to 12-13:1 with the 3.4 pistons. i guess if you also swap the pistons from the 3400 you lower the compression alot.
so im thinking about trying this swap. and doin some work to the combustion chamber of the heads to lower the compression even more. and the putting the T3 or even a T4 turbo on it. i think the injectors from the GTP would handle a turbo rite.
anyway this is a very different build and i like that. so that is why i want to do it.
any and all input welcome
