What would the top end speed be with a 4.11 rear end and a th350 transmission?  Would the changing of the rear end gears allow for a greater top end, something like a 3.73?

top speed depends on several factors...
rear end gear ratio is one
transmission gear ratios are another
tire diameter is another
max rpm of the engine and max rpm under load are also part of the equation

in the tech section of edelbrocks catalog (also available online) has many useful formulas that you'll likely enjoy playing with

my 94 4.3L Astrobrick would outrun the 99 5.4L f350 i had to drive for work
