My header is leaking were the pipe and the flange meet, could i weld that from the inside or do i need a new set of headers? And i have a broken header bolt on the first hole in the front of the head going back.

They are the headman 68180, i had them thermal coated black if that matters.

welding from the inside is the best...

just curious.... does your motor rock much under load???? does the rest of the exhaust system have the flexibility to withstand a little rocking...

its a shame that someone does not come out with a ball flange slip in adaptor...  to convert it to a slightly movable connection...  that would be really nice..   i mentioned the OEM style ball flange to a friend a long time ago.. he managed a speed shop that had their own header line...  they did started using ball flanges on new designs..  i wonder what ever happened to him..
