I am lookin to buy a superchargers pretty soon. I have only browsed around briefly but I am pretty sure I am going to purchase a Weiand. I am looking to put out 800 + horsepower and I was also looking to put out between 12 and 15 lbs. of boost from the supercharger. I wanted to know if it is possible that one of the many Weiand superchargers that are available can put out this kind of power and if not, if another supercharger can be suggested to acheive my desired perfromance. A price range isn't really a problem but I'm not looking to crack the bank haha. I'd appreciate any help.

it really depends on what you have for an engine man. im sure you know that, but it would be hard to recomend a charger without knowing what you have. i know i dont have a ton of experiance. but to put out that kind of hp you really have to build the engine for the supercharger. i myself am wanting to try a supercharged or turbo engine but i def need more experiance first.
a supercharged 454 would def put out 800+hp i would think.

well my pops has got a small block 350 puttin out 600 ponies and its naturally aspirated. i too have the same block to use. so im thinkin if i tweak it a little bit more than him and up the octane level in the fuel with a supercharger i can get the power. i was thinking of using a turbo too but they arent a 100% reliable ive seen them fail before and they have to spool up till they get that boost goin while a supercharger is more reliable and has the power as soon as you stomp on the gas. i was just curious to see if there are any other gear heads that know superchargers and cud recomend one that cud put out the power thats all.

well from doing some research myself i found that procharger actually makes fairly big chargers. they are centrifugal chargers but the plus side is that they can be intercooled. ive seen them on cars at the tracks running 9's so im sure if you talked to the reps down at procharger they'd be able to help u out.
just visit www.procharger.com
hope it helps.
