Hi, I have a V8 350 i am rebuiding in my shop class, im trying to look up the casting numbers on the heads so i can figure out what there horsepower ratings are. Ive looked through dozens of sites looking for these numbers but cant find anything. the numbers are 482824. if anyone can find these numbers with the horsepower ratings, could ya give me a shout. thanks

The casting number is actually 462624 look at it a little closer. I need the block casting number for the horsepower rating.

Thoes heads are the worst there is about cracking around the water jackets, they are a thin casted head. I would get some better heads. That block is most likely a 350 2 or 4 bolt main. The block is a pretty good stock block to build an engine with.
