i have a 75 camaro tall deck 427 took it to the track the other day and ran a 13.2 but i was having fuel issues. i had to shift at 4500 due to running out of fuel and i had to roll the last few hundred feet i only gained 2 mph in the 2nd half and the engine is built to shift at 6500. what do you think i will run with a good pass???? oh and the car is about 4300-4500lbs and i had a 1.7 60ft mark

I would step up to a holley fuel pump you want 6-7psi at the carb. and I would say at least 120GPH.

i'll bs you all day long but your not gonna get anywhere... it's not always how many replies you get to a thread... there are a few guys surfing these forums that really know their stuff you were lucky enough to get one that likes to help replying to your questions be patient grasshopper, big blocks went thru three trial runs before the engineers found something they wanted to stick with...that's why they call it the "markIV"
- i did love my chevette (first car) more than my first wife my 94 4.3L Astrobrick would outrun the 99 5.4L f350 i had to drive for work

Yeah I totally agree with the last post. Oh and I SCRAP! pontiac engines Because it is like having a pile of anchors on the back of the truck, Just kidding But I think the car should be able shave close to a second off that time. How well is the car hooking up? You didnt mention about the trans and gearing.
