hi guys. I have a 1985 Chevrolet Impala 9C1. it has V8 350 / Th350. i was modified with edelbrock performer rpm set. you can check-out here:

i want to use shifter on the ground. normally i use column shifter. but its not for performance. which shifter is good for me? by the way maybe i will use 4 speed transmission in the future. also the shifter must be have long shifter lever.
can you guys, recommend any shifter for me? and later tell me how do i use? how do i install, how can i connect all lines (reverse shift, revers shift light connection etc.) or else?
all advice are good for me. Thanks, Firat.

i see... nice... so you want a FLOOR mounted shifter not a ground mounted shifter... when you posted shifter on the ground... it brought back memories of the shifter i made... the first version would snap the used head bolt it used and would fall through the floor... the second and third version looked like a lenco shifter with 3 levers sticking up through the floor.. \|/
there are dozens of options...
check the online vendors... or your local speed shop... read up on them... there are so many options... and does anybody else have to drive it.. how hard is it to use... i know of people who had their friends borrow their car and drive it on the freeway in low or second gear do to not fully understanding how the shifter worked...
there are also ways of tuning the governor weights to control the shift points along with a shift kit..
there are also a bunch of cars that were offered with the 700R4 that you have with floor shifters... think camaro/ firebird.. monte carlos, buick regals. something you could grab the whole console out of with the shift cable and brackets from the transmission..
