or trickflow's. I'd buy those edels, then get a rpm airgap and a edel carb and you have nicely matched edel.

Fosters69 - If money is not a limiting factor then aluminum, of course. If you're going to run drag then weight is an issue, that's why aluminum was developed - to conserve vehicle weight.

if you realy want it to pull and keep pulling put some victor jr under that intake. if those are a little to rad go with performer rpms they dont run out of steam to soon eather.

redbeast1- Money is a little bit of an issue mainly because I'm in the process of rebuilding a house. I would definately like to get aluminum Dart Pro1 Platinums but like i said money is a little tight. Would you suggest to hold off until I can go with the Pro1's rather than the Cast Iron Platinums??
Also IF I were to get either the Dart Pro1 Platinum series OR Dart Cast Iron Platinum series, could anyone give me a guess on whta kind of power i would be looking at and an estimated ET in the quarter mile?

cbrglassman- Yes I am already running a victor jr. intake. Is that what you were suggesting?

A forged rotating assembly if more than like 100hp shot, more compression is better along with a nitrous cam developed with the needs of nitrous. Nos needs a certain amount of retard per power level

Fosters69 - personally, I'd hold out for the Dart Pro1's - there's nothing like gettin top of the line if you can swing it. Just keep an eye on the temp cause those things are too expensive to have 'em melt on ya and turn into big paperweights. Aluminum has it's varying grades and alloy blends but it's still aluminum and not as forgiving as plain old cast iron.
Just do your homework with Dart tech and know exactly what you're getting and what it can handle. Don't just take my word or anyone else's word as gospel.
Good luck with that!
