No, it should be in the 25-35 psi range for a TBI motor.

the fuel pump should (when deadheaded and submerged in fuel) be able to produce that increased pressure 55 guy posted...
if you are checking it at the tbi unit with a proper adaptor
it should be 9-13 psi (62-89 kPa) measured again at the throttle body with a fitting installed in the fuel line if there is no pressure test port... very few have them..
be sure to replace any orings in joints that you disconnect...
be sure to use proper replacements.. TIP... replacement O rings for gm fuel lines can be had in fuel rail seal kits for 86 to 91 camaro 5.0 VIN F efi motors.. there will be the large rings and the small ones in the package ... the larger size is the right size for the fuel filters o rings also..

I've got a '92 Silverado, the TBI trucks don't have a pressure test fitting in the line like multi-port cars do. Neither do the TBI equipped F-bodies (I've also got a '92 Camaro, it doesn't have on either)
At idle the pressure will be in the range indicated above, but at higher RPM it should be higher.
