Recently aquired a 70 nova with a 250 6cyl. engine.
 Previous owner had broken off 2 valve cover bolts in head...While drilling out old bolt drill bit went through bolt and was follwed by a gush of anti-freeze.
 can this be resealed with silicone any help would be appreciated..

Next time use a piece of tape on the drill bit to guage the correct depth. If the coolant is just going through the threaded hole some permatex thread sealant should take care of it. I use it on all bolts if there is coolant or oil behind the threads.
