If you're talking overall 409 production, I'm not sure. I know there weren't that many 409 HP versions made that year.
Let me do some digging and see if I can find out.

Wow, does this thread bring back memories. I sold my 1965 Impala SS 409 4-speed back in 1989 for $6,500 to a guy in Kent, Washington. It was the 400hp version with the "JA" block and had the 7k tac. I had traded the M-21 to a friend who had a 67 Chevelle SS and put in his T400. That 409 would bark both tires when you shifted from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. A heavy car, but fun to drive and would surprise a lot of cars on the street. I still have a pic of me warming up the tires at SIR (now Pacific Raceways) in 1985. I don't know if the car still exists, but it probably wouldn't be hard to find out for a 409 freak.
