I wanted to run a roots supercharger but i dont want to cut a hole in my hood. so i was looking at prochargers and they seem pretty good for what im looking for. I dont know what compression to run with it. what do you guys suggest?

The best street or track compression with a centrifugal supercharger is 8.5:1 or 9.0:1 compression. Usually those are the people who want lots of extra boost. If you want to do street only, with the ignition systems now-a-days you could have a nice 600 horse 91-octane ass kicking machine with 9.5 or 10.0:1 compression.
