I recently had new weatherstripping installed twice,one by a body shop, the other by an authorized GM dealer.

Both split within a week,in the same place and the same kind of split.
This was on the upper left side and the split was like it was cut with a razor about a foot in length.

If any one has run into this problem I would appreciate hearing from you.

Where can I get the original stripping?.

HELP.

Try Year One, their westher stripping is usually dead on for the original.
