Hey,

I have a '95 Monte Carlo, which is starting to develop some rust on the driver side quarter panel. The car is in top notch shape, except for this flaw. I have been told that it is not bad enough to replace the whole panel, but I was wondering if they make a patch panel for this, or does a custom piece need to be fabricated?

Because it's a '95, GM might still have factory replacement body parts in stock for your car.

More than likely, you'd have ot buy the whole piece and cut a patch panel form that, but a good body shop might not have to.
