1959 biscayn 2dr sedan delivery wagon

Hey everybody. I Need info for 1959 Chevy biscayn 2dr sedan delivery wagon.  just wondering if doors off of 1960 chevy impala, bel air, Biscayn 2 dr are interchangeable?  Were could i find a tail gate for this car also?  

I don't think they will. If memory serves, the vent window changed on the '60 full size cars form the '59s.

Finding a tailgate is gonna be a tough one. A '59 standard wagon tailgate might fit, but the sedan deliveries tended to have some unique parts, and the tailgate was one of them.

Hey thanks for the reply.  You may be right the whole talgate opend from the top on the sedan delivey.  I think all the other wagons were two piec tail gates.

For doors, you need to find 59 Delivery or 2-door wagon doors.  OR you could fit the tops of your existing doors onto some new ones, but that will be a PITA.  Any doors off a 60 will not work at all.
As for the rear gate, you need 59 Delivery only and they don't come around that often.  I had the rear glass remade, tempered same as original but in EZ Eye tint to match repro windshields.  I've got a couple left if you need one.  Let me know if you have any more Delivery questions.

i have 59 SD IN Portland. Is 5299 the correct amount produced, mine is Pro Street.with a 454.  Dave
