i want to rebuild it but i dont know what to put into it for a cam, carb, intake and maby heads what would be the best it cam out of an 83 chevy silverado
i want to put it in to my 83 olds cutlass supreme it is going to be backed up by th350 trans i also need a recomend rear gear ratio plz help

o and the valvetrain ticks on passager side money limit is around $3000 that i want to put into motor trans and rear gear

The valvetrain ticking is the lifters. The motor was run out of oil, it'll probably killed the lifters.
Before giving you advice on the cam, carb, and related items, need to know what do you plan on doing with the car?

street and comp sorry it to so long the budget went up 4500 i also want to supercharge it and still run off of pump gas
