I have a 350 block out of a 75 corvette and some 96-00 lt1 aluminum heads that came with it. My question is can the heads work with this block?

No. LT1 heads use reverse flow cooling, so the 350 block won't work with those heads.

Your best bet, sell the LT1 heads, and pick up a set of aftermarket aluminum heads that'll fit your 350 shortblock.
