does a heavier weight oil such as 10w 30, produce higher oil pressure compared to something as 5w 30? and so on?

There's not much weight difference between 5W30 and 10W30. But, if you compared 5W30 to 20W50, then you'd see a pressure difference, because it's going to take more pressure to push the heavier oil through the engine.
A good way to think of this, imagine you're blowing water (5W30) through a normal drinking straw. Moves pretty fast without havign to blow too hard, right? Now imagine trying to blow syrup through that same straw. It's gonna take more breath (pressure) to blow that syrup through the straw at the same rate the water would flow.
