Man, you've got a tough one there. Aside form finding some NOS panels, I don't know of anyone making new replacement panels for those cars.

For both parts you need, looks like your best bet woudl be to find a donor car otu west someplace to get the parts off of, or maybe scavenge the salvage yards for one.
